Instructions & Vouchers
I suggest you print all confirmations & vouchers as well as take a screenshot just in case.
I decided to create this itinerary with times since this trip has so many moving parts. I tried to account for travel time so that you guys will get to the different areas on time. You will know better when you're there if you need to adjust the times for travel.
Good News! As of June 1st, the majority of Europe has loosened their restrictions & greatly reduced the amount of hoops we've needed to jump through to enter their countries. At this point, the US is probably the hardest 🙁 Italy & Germany do not require anything. Even proof of Vaccination isn't required anymore. With that said, I still err on the side of caution just because businesses are private so they can require more then the countries. So here is my suggestion regarding the following:
PROOF OF VACCINATION: the E-Certificates for this are no longer needed; however, the CDC card that we have is accepted as proof. So I would suggest to bring this with you at all times.
MASKS: Again, this has been dropped as well; but, there is still talk of trains as well as some businesses requiring it. So my suggestion, have an N95 mask with you just in case.
France, Canada & the US are the only ones at this time requiring pre-departure steps. Below is information per country.
Before entering France, you will have to fill out the European Digital Passenger Locator Form (dPLF). This has to be filled out after check-in for your flight but before arrival. Click HERE for the link to fill out the form.
I've also included some instructions below to help complete this form. FAQ?
Who should complete the form and how many PLFs can I submit with the same user account?
What is the procedure to complete the dPLF in the EU dPLF web application?
STEP 1: Register
Travellers must register to the EU dPLF web application by providing a valid email address and a password.
Travellers will receive a confirmation email in the email address they provided.
To validate and complete the registration travellers must click on the link sent to the declared email address.
STEP 2: Complete the dPLF
Travellers will be asked to provide information about:
- Conveyance and travel information

Before submission of the form the traveller will be able to preview the data they have completed and edit them if necessary. Upon completion of the digital Passenger Locator Form the travellers should press the submit button. The travellers will receive a confirmation email upon submission of the dPLF.
STEP 4: Receive the QR Code
Travellers will receive the dPLF with their unique Quick Response (QR) code and will be notified via email (The mail will contain the QR code and a link to download the dPLF in PDF format).
Canada does not require a negative Covid Test but may do a random testing upon arrival. The only thing that needs to be completed before arrival into Canada is ArriveCAN. This is their version of confirming Vaccination Status. This form can be completed up to 72 hours before arrival.
Click HERE for access to sign up online or download the app.
The US is still requiring a Negative Covid test to re-enter thus the at-home Kits you will have with you. Make sure you have the Navica app before you leave since it needs to be downloaded in the USA.
If for some reason you have issues with your tests, your hotel in Canada offers Rapid Antigen Testing for $50 (15 minute results).
HERE is the link in case you need as you will have to book & pay online. It will also ask you for your hotel confirmation #.
You also need to fill out an Attestation form. This may be provided by the airline but you may print the form below just in case:
